Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition (2020)

CONTEST RULES

Paws for Prevention is a fundraiser for the Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition and the Sullivan County Animal Shelter. You may submit as many photos as you would like. Please make a donation of $10 per photo. 

Winners will be selected and notified from the contact information submitted on the form.

By submitting a photo, you are agreeing to allow this photo and your name to be shared on SCAD Coalition's Facebook page, SCAD Coalition's website, and SCAD's other social media outlets, and by the Sullivan County Animal Shelter's website and social media outlets. 

How to Donate

Donations can be made through PayPal (see button below) or you may send in a money order or check to PO Box 73, Blountville, TN 37617. Please make checks payable to Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition.

Please feel free to donate more than $10 as all donations will go to the SCAD Coalition for substance abuse prevention, and to the Sullivan County Animal Shelter for assistance with caring for the animals.

Donation Pledge

By uploading a photo you are agreeing to donate at least $10 per photo. All the funds will be split evenly between the Sullivan County Animal Shelter and the Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition. The donations will be used for activities for substance abuse prevention and for the care of the animals at the Sullivan County Animal Shelter. 

Tax deductible forms for charitable donation purposes will be provided upon request. Please email melony@scadcoalition.org to request a form for your donation. 

Who Will Win

A winner will be selected by the most votes a photo received by October 30, 2020 at 12 AM midnight. Each photo can receive one vote per person per day.

The winner will be announced on October 31, 2020 at 6:00 PM and can be viewed live on SCAD Coalition's Facebook page. 

Who Can Enter

Any adult, age 18 and over, may submit a photo. You will need to have a mailing address within the United States. Submitted photos must be owned by you and you must own the rights to the photo.
