NOTRE DAME ALBERTA ALUMNI BURSARY POST-SECONDARY PROGRAM

Purpose

The Bursary Program was established to recognize and reward academic achievement and encourage students to continue in post-secondary studies. Our priority is to provide bursaries to students entering their first post-secondary program with an emphasis on the first two years of study. We do not provide bursaries for advanced programs or degrees.

Value:

Up to $2,500. To be used for tuition only.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a bursary an applicant must be a resident of Alberta and must plan to enroll or are enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program of at least one semester in a Ministry of Advanced Education approved post-secondary institution in Alberta.

Applications

The bursary program only accepts applications from this website, utilizing the online application below. No other applications will be considered.

Deadlines:

July 1'st for September start date.
November 1'st for a January start date.

*Bursaries are not available for spring or summer sessions.

Notification

Only successful applicants will be notified by letter by the Notre Dame Alberta Alumni Bursary Program.

Notification Dates: Successful applicants will be notified the first week of October for September start date and the first week of February for a January start date.

Disbursement

The award is disbursed in November for a September start date and March for a January start date after the Notre Dame Alberta Alumni Bursary Program confirms fulltime enrollment by the applicant in post-secondary studies.
