CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility: This contest is open only to those who sign up at the  and who are between grades 8-12th as of the date of entry. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Parent/Guardian Consent: By signing the parent/guardian consent box in the submission entry form, you hereby give consent and acknowledge on behalf of your child to rules #3-12.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

4. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on January 11th, 2019, 9:00am EST and ending February 26th, 2019, 11:59pm EST.

5. How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://1.shortstack.com/cF38R7. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury. Optional verbiage to include: You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. 

6. Prizes: The Winners of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive a $100 Amazon gift card (first place) and a $50 Amazon gift card (second place). The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of promotional materials and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by community vote under the supervision of The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury shall have no liability for Winners' failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winners cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winners of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Contest You understand and agree that The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury shall have the right, to print, publish, distribute, and use in any media, your entry, name, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. Terms & Conditions: The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest at any time.

11. Social Media: The Contest hosted by The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platforms.
