Calling all rising female leaders of all ages and backgrounds in the corporate, political, non-profit and entrepreneurial world who have demonstrated the usage of one of Shavon’s six common pillars of leadership. The usage must be universal enough so that any person can relate and we then provide step-by-step instructions on how others can do the same to grow in their career. These six pillars have been shown to propel women forward and upward, personally and professional.

The six common pillars of leadership are: Owning Her Purpose; Owning Her Voice; Owning Her Emotions; Owning Her Feedback; Owning her Conversations; and Owning Her Evolution.

This is NOT a feature on what you do for a living or why you have chosen your current line of work. This is about how you leveraged one of these 6 pillars of leadership and how others can do the same. Of course, what you do and why will be included, but it is not the focus.
