One entry per person per day. Participants must be 18 years old or older. Videos must be between 15-60 seconds long. All entries must be submitted through Vimeo or YouTube. No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) may be used for this contest unless you own or have a license to the material. Copyright permissions must be presented upon request. By submitting a video, you agree to the terms set by Prasco Park and give Prasco Park consent to use all video content. Entrants grant Prasco Park the right to use their names, photographs, and video submissions for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without notification or further compensation. Entrants also grant Prasco Park the right to use, reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, and/or display the entrant's video without further compensation or notification to the entrant. Prasco Park maintains the right to reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display, or exhibit the project for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on their website, social media platforms, or at any other venues. Content must comply with all local and national laws. Content must not 1) promote illegal behavior; 2) support racial, religious, sexual, or other invidious prejudice; 3) advocate sexual or violent content exploitation; 4) violate rights established by law or agreement; 5) invade the privacy of any person; 6) be otherwise inappropriate as determined by Prasco Park in its sole and conclusive determination. The only compensation for submitting a video is the opportunity to be entered to win a prize. Prasco Park will pay film makers no additional compensation nor be liable to the filmmaker under any circumstance. Entrants assume all responsibility for any injury or damage caused from participation in the contest. Entrants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and decisions of Prasco Park. The contest closes on June 1, 2019 at 11:59PM EST. Winners will be notified on June 19, 2019.
