Promotion Dates

1.         Promotion period starts 9:00am (AEDT) Monday 26 February 2018 and ends at 5:00pm (AEDT) Sunday 11 March 2018.

Entry Details

2.       Entry is a game of skill and will be made by successfully completing the entry form in centre, located on Ground Floor.

3.       Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

4.      Entry is open to all New South Wales permanent residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Supa Centa owners, prize providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Draw Details

5.       One winner will be selected each day throughout the competition on the following day at 4pm.

6.       First prize draw is on Tuesday 27 February, 2018 daily until the last draw on Monday 12 March, 2018.

7.       The judges will be looking for the most engaging and entertaining entries. The entries will be judged on the following criteria:
a. originality; and/or
b. creativity.

8.       The winners will be notified via the email address entered on the entry form, one day after the daily competition ends, as per the prize draw dates above.

9.       The judges’ decision is final.

10.       Individuals may enter once daily, for entry into the next day’s draw.

Prize Details

11.    This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining any winner.

12.    The prizes include a family pass for 4 people to 4 hours of unlimited rides at the Sydney Family Show at The Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park between 24 March and 2 April, 2018. Each ticket is valued at $110.00. Total prize pool valued at $1,540
as at 15 February 2018.

13.    The daily winners must arrange a time to collect the prize/s from the Centre Management Office at 2A Todman Ave Kensington, NSW 2033, during business hours two weeks out of the competition closing between Monday 12 and Monday 26 March, 2018, from 9am – 4pm. If the prize is unclaimed within this time, it will be forfeited by the winner.

14.    Additional details regarding the prize collection will be outlined in the winners’ confirmation email.

15.    Following notification, if the winner does not contact the Promoter within the 24 hour timeframe, another winner will be selected. Same judging criteria will be used.

16.    The winner may be announced on the Supa Centa Moore Park Facebook page, website and electronic direct mail to members, following the decision.

17.    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18.    The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner will not be issued any refund, credit or voucher if the prize is not collected.

19.    The use of the prize is subject to the laws and regulations, terms and conditions as per the Sydney Family Show. Please refer to the website for more details; sydneyfamilyshow.com.au

20.    The winner must present photo identification if requested by Supa Centa Moore Park.

General

22.    Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over.

23.    Limit of one entry per person, per day.

24.    Incomplete entries or any entry not compliant with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

25.    By entering the competition, the entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

26.    By entering the competition the entrant agrees to join the Supa Styler database to receive emails from Supa Centa Moore Park.

27.    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and by entering this promotion you hereby release Facebook from any liability in respect of this promotion. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of administering the promotion.

28.    The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

29.    This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with Australian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

30.    The Promoter and Supa Centa Moore Park owners disclaim any liability and responsibility for any loss, damage or claims of whatever nature or kind suffered, sustained or incurred by any person, corporation or other legal entity which arises out of any alleged result of accepting the prize/s awarded.
