CONTEST RULES

HOW TO ENTER
Period and method of entry to be clearly indicated at point of entry online. All times local. In the event of any dispute, Heritage Co-op 1997 Ltd. will have the final say. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

• The contest is open only to residents of the Heritage Co-op trading area, who have reached the age of majority in the province (18) by contest draw date, except Employees, Board members and their immediate family of Heritage Co-op.
• Chances of winning depend on the number of entries and adherence to guidelines set forth in contest posting. Heritage Co-op is unaware of the number of entries
• At the contest close, a team of Heritage Co-op and Federated Co-operatives Ltd. staff will select the winner from all submissions. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the selected entrant cannot be reached within one (1) week of announcement another winner will be drawn.
• All entries become the property of Heritage Co-op and no correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants.
• The selected winner will be notified only via Facebook by private message.

• In order to be declared the winner, selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid, and sign that the official contest rules have been read and fully understood.  By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertisers,  promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, personal injury, death, or property damage which an entrant or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of an entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the awarding, use and/or misuse by an entrant of the Grand Prize awarded.
• The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Contest without notice for reasons. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
• The Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate this Contest and/or these Contest Rules and Regulations at any time prior to the Contest Closing Date, for any reason, without any prior notice.
• The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and is void where prohibited.

Photo Requirements:

• Photo must showcase cottage country/buildings/decks/docks in Manitoba
• Photo must NOT include any logos or branding in the photo (business signs in background etc.)
• Photo must be bright in colour (sunset photos are beautiful, but are not likely to ‘pop’ enough for our intended use)
• Photographer MUST sign off on Heritage Co-op using chosen photo to receive prize gift card
• Photo MUST be taken in horizontal/landscape
• Photo MUST be high resolution 
• Heritage Co-op will chose the winning photo at their discretion and has final say on chosen photo. If none of the submitted photos fit the requirements for intended us, Heritage Co-op will not award the prize.
