BARKING DOGS 2017 HOWL-O-WEEN PET PHOTO CONTEST RULES

The Contest. Voting begins 10/9/17 at 12:01am (PST). All submissions and votes will end at 11:59pm on Friday, October 27, 2017 (PST). Enter as many pets as you have. One vote is allowed per person, per day. Winners will be notified by email.

Prizes. In the event of voting ties, Barking Dogs management will cast tie-breaking votes to determine first and second place winners.
Shipping costs and expenses are not included; prizes must be picked up in our store during normal hours of operation no later than 11/30/2017. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
