Yankee  Self Care Summer Giveaway   
Entry Period:  August 15, 2020 to September 7, 2020   
Yankee  will select a winner within three weeks of the conclusion of the promotion. The winner will be contacted via email.   
WHO CAN ENTER:  This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years old or older except the employees or immediate family of  Yankee Publishing, Sewcialite, Aisling Organics, or Organic Bath Co.  
HOW TO ENTER:  Entrants can submit their information via the Official Submission Form. Entries may not be emailed directly, mailed to, or submitted in any other formats to Yankee Publishing. Only one entry is allowed per person.   
DEADLINES AND ENTRIES:  Entries must be submitted between  August 15, 2020 and September 7, 202 0 at 11:59 p.m.  Yankee Publishing, Sewcialite, Aisling Organics, and Organic Bath Co. reserve the right to contact the entrants.   
COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE:  One-of-a-kind Sewcialite Clutch, Aisling Organics Mascara, Aisling Organics Tinted Lip Oil, Organic Bath Co. Bar Soap, Organic Bath Co. Body Scrub, Organic Bath Co. Body Butter, Yankee Magazine One-Year Subscription.  
RESTRICTIONS:  Open only to legal U.S. residents (including its territories and the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Yankee Publishing, Sewcialite, Organic Bath Co., Aisling Organics and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local  laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. No cash value.  This offer is non-transferable.   
WINNER:  At the conclusion of the entry period, a winner will be selected at random from all the  eligible entrants. There will be one winner. The selection will be final and binding in all respects.  Prize will be mailed to winner by 9/14/2020 to address provided on entry form.  
NO TRANSFERS:  No transfers, substitutions in prizes, or cash will be allowed.   
PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE:  When you register, Yankee Publishing will be collecting personally  identifying information about you, including your name, mailing address, and email address. The  information will be added to the  Yankee Publishing/NewEngland.com database and shared with Sewcialite, Aisling Organics, and Organic Bath Co.  for their use.

HOW TO ENTER:  For a chance to win one subscription, entrants will tag the username of at least one other Instagram account in the comment section of the original giveaway post, which was shared by the @yankeemagazine account on August 15th, 2020. Entries may not be messaged directly, emailed directly, mailed to, or submitted in any other formats to Yankee Publishing. Only one entry is allowed per person.   
DEADLINES AND ENTRIES:  Entries must be submitted between August 15, 2020 and September 7, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.  Yankee Publishing reserves the right to contact the entrants.

WINNER:  At the conclusion of the entry period, ninety nine winners will be selected at random from all the  eligible entrants. There will be ninety nine winners. The selection will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will then be asked to provide their name and mailing address via Instagram direct message in order to be signed up for their new Yankee subscription, or if they are already subscribed and wish to give their subscription to someone else, will be asked to provide that person’s name and mailing address.
NO SUBSTITUTIONS:  No substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed.
