Forretter/Appetizers:             Vælg mellem disse appetizers/Choose between the followings

1. Mexicansk rejecocktail/ Mexican Shrimp cocktail

  • Et stk. friteret majstortilla fyldt med lækre kæmperejer, hjemmelavet mango salsa, avocado og delikat chili-lime dressing.
  • Deep fried corn tortillas filled with scampies and homemade mango salsa, avocado and chili-lime sauce.

2. Poppers

  • Paneret jalapenos fyldt med cheddar ost, gratineret med majstortillas serveres direkte fra ovn med salsa & creme fraiche.
  • Breaded jalapenos stuffed with cheddar cheese, serves directly from the oven on a bed of corn tortillas, with homemade salsa and sour cream.

3. Grillede kæmperejer/Grilled scampies

  • Grillede chili- lime marinerede kæmperejer flamberet med hvidvin, anrettet på sprød salat.

  • Grilled chili-lime marinated scampies, serves on crispy salad.

 

Anden forret/Second Appetizers

Der serveres sprøde salat, hjemmelavede chips, mango salsa og pica de gallo efter forretterne.

There will be served a mixed salad, fresh made tortilla chips, mango salsa and Pica de gallo.

 

Hovedretter/Mains:              Vælg mellem disse appetizers/Choose between the followings

1. Lomo con Papas

  • Grillet oksemørbrad i medaljoner, krydret, serveres med cheddar ost gratineret kartofler og en delikat fløde/gurkemeje sauce.
  • Grilled and spiced filet mignon, serves with cheddar cheese oven baked potatoes with a delicate turmeric sauce.

2. Beef Fajitas

  • Rødvinsmarineret oksemørbrad serveres med sauterede røde/grønne pebre, to forskellige løg,toppet med koriander, serveres med cheddar ost, hvedemelstortilla, salsa, guacamole & creme fraiche.

  • Red wine marinated filet mignon, sauteed with Mexican spices, onions, bell peppers and jalapenos, serves with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and flour tortillas. 

3. Kæmperejer Fajitas/Prawn Fajitas

  • Hvidløgs- lime marinerede kæmperejer, Black tiger, flamberet i hvidvin, sauteret med to forskellige løg, pebre frugter jalapenos, toppet med koriander, serveres med cheddar ost, salsa, guacamole, cremefraiche og hvedmelstortillas.

  • Garlic- lime marinated prawns, Black tiger, flambeed in white wine, sauteed with onions, bell peppers and jalapenos, topped with fresh cilantro, serves with cheddar cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

1. Husets specialitet/Specialty of the house

  • Friteret og indbagt banan drysset med sukker og kanel, dryppet med akacie, severes med vanilie is, sæsonens frugter.

  • Deep fried banana sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, dripped with acacia, serves with vanilla ice cream and fruit of the season. 

2. Mexicansk Is/Mexican icecream

  • Cremet vanilie is, med tequila og kahlua, severes med frugter.

  • Vanilla ice cream with tequila and kahlua, serves with fruit of the season.

3. Buñuelos

  • Små lune, sprøde pandekager drysset med sukker og kanel, serveres med cremet vanilie is og sæsonens frugter.

  • Crunchy little pancakes topped with sugar and cinnamon, serves with vanilla ice cream, and the fruits of the season.
