We are looking for artwork that reflects being "Happy Outside" as a community, while also reflecting the fun of Winter Carnival! Ideas include: events at Howelsen Hill, the fireworks of Winter Carnival, Snow Sculptures, the Night Show, Street Events, etc, but artists are encouraged to be creative as we have been wowed before by art that reflected the theme in a new light!
