RULES AND REGULATIONS
Eligibility and Proof of Eligibility Open to legal U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec) residents only. Entrants must be 21 years or older. Only one entry per person allowed. Must have a valid email address as well as a valid street address within one of the 50 United States or Canada (exlucding Quebec)—no P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or U.S. territory addresses allowed. Winner will be required to provide proof of eligibility. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Employees, officers, directors of Honolulu Publishing Company, Ltd., Maui Kai Kaanapali, Budget Rent A Car, Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, Burn 'N Love, Maui Ocean Center, all advertising and sweepstakes agencies, their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Previous winners of our Win a Free Trip to Maui for Two Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes.
Deadlines, Winner Selection and Notification to Winner
Entries must be received by Jan. 31, 2018. Winner will be randomly selected from all entries received on or around February 2018. Travel must be completed by December 2018. Winner will be notified by phone and email. Failure of winner to respond within 48 hours, will disqualify that winner and a new winner will be chosen. Confirmed winner will be posted on this website as soon as possible.

Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
Prizes and Values
Round-trip coach airfare to Maui for two people will be provided from any major U.S. or Canada airport (maximum limit of $1,000 for each round-trip fare). The approximate retail value for both fares is $2,000. Travel insurance is not included. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2018 and will be arranged directly by organizers of this contest with the following stipulations: travel will be booked with an airline of contest organizer's choice; no reimbursements for travel costs will be accepted; no extended or overnight layovers in stopover cities. Some blackout dates for accommodations may apply, based on availability of the Maui Kai Kaanapali Condominium Junior Suite. The approximate retail value of the five consecutive-night stay at Maui Kai Kaanapali is $1,295. The approximate retail value of the Budget Rent A Car five day car rental is $250. The approximate retail value of the Blue Hawaiian Helicopters Tour is $478. The approximate retail value of the Maui Ocean Center pass is $111. The approximate retail value of the Burn 'N Love package is $260 The approximate total retail value of all prizes is $4,394. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are nontransferable and are not valid with any other offer. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and surcharges for all prizes. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of comparable value in the event that a prize is not available at the time of redemption.
Winner will be required (except where prohibited by law) to complete and sign a waiver allowing the use of his/her name and/or image in all future promotions of Maui Kai Kaanapali and Maui Drive Guide, including (but not limited to) promotions in print, digital publications and on our websites, as related to this sweepstakes.

You may also enter by mailing a clearly written letter, containing your full legal name (as it appears on your legal form of ID), complete street address (no P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or U.S. territory addresses allowed.), email address, ten-digit phone number, date of birth and a statement that you are a legal U.S. or Canadian resident, are 21 years old or older and have read and agree to the Rules and Regulations of this sweepstakes. Causes for Disqualification and Alternate Winner
Falsifying any information in an entry or the required proof-of-eligibility documents will disqualify the entry for that person. Modifying or manipulating information in an entry in an effort to gain more than one entry for the same person will disqualify that person. Failure to provide proof of eligibility, failure to respond to at least one of the notification methods within 48 hours (two days) of notification, and inability to claim the prizes will result in an alternate winner being randomly selected from the remaining entrants and could delay the announcement of the winner. Attempts to hack, tamper with, damage, divert or disrupt the online entry process are grounds for disqualification and could result in legal action being taken against the perpetrators. If we feel that the online entry system has been compromised, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue it. Entry by U.S. mail will remain in effect. Governing Law By entering, entrant agrees that all issues regarding these rules, their validity and their enforcement, as well as the rights and obligations of the sponsors and entrants, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Hawaii (except where prohibited by law). All suits or claims brought in connection with this sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in Honolulu, Hawaii. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
